Alvin is raising a family In the Great rural town of Vinton, IA. He's a proud husband to Leigh and father to four wonderful daughters Celia, Rhianna, Zena and Athena.

Alvin Honorably served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1984 - 1990.
Former Business Owner
After Alvin's Military Service he was driven to start a Business Venture with Aragon Medical Equipment Co. He has since left from Business after the 2008 Economic Recession. He understands the Risks and Necessities to running a Business.
Journeyman Carpenter
A graduate of Five Rivers Carpenters JATC Trade School, were he completed 4 Years of Study there. Currently in the Construction Field. Takes Great Pride in his Career and understands what 40 Hours of Hard Work is.
Community Activism
While he was living in Central City he worked with Central City Mainstreet to rehabilitate and revitalize Downtown. He was also apart of Economic Development Committee & the Planing and Zoning Board. He has also been involved in Political Campaigns and has met with Current Legislator.
